To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old, be authorized to represent the business seeking funding, and have a legitimate business operating in the United States. You represent that all information provided to us is accurate and complete.
Submitting a pre-qualification form does not guarantee approval or funding. Approval decisions are made by individual lending partners based on their own underwriting criteria. Basecamp Funding does not guarantee any specific rates, terms, or loan amounts.
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information in your application. You agree not to submit fraudulent applications or misrepresent your business or financial situation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Basecamp Funding and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Basecamp Funding is not liable for any decisions made by lending partners, including loan denials or unfavorable terms. We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services or your relationship with any lending partner. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Basecamp Funding, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these terms.
